I’ve got to know Dragos in a coaching peer group during our formation as coaches and then, as a business consultant, in a couple of discussions we had in which he supported me with the right-sizing ? of my company. What I appreciate in his business approach is a persistent focus on solutions, his ingenuity and pragmatic way of thinking that blend in a very personal way with a constant search for authenticity. His personality and behaviour combine all these elements in a quite inspiring way, making his input in any endeavour an extremely rewarding and fruitful one.
