I had the chance to work with Dragos Nicolaescu in 2017, for about 4 coaching sessions. What I observed from the start, was his experience and practical way of seeing things. He has a pragmatic approach and is always focused on results. Apart from that, he is concerned about the entrepreneur-business balance, so that the business brings joy to the entrepreneur.
Because of Dragos, I had the courage to hire a new Marketing person for my business, a person that is still with me and has brought a number of substantial benefits to our venture. And this is just a small example of what I received during the 4 sessions. For me, working with Dragos was highly efficient and I am about to ask him for another session right now.
