I’ve been working with Dragos on the development of the educational projects implemented by ROI Association for two years. My goal was to get to the next level in a sustainable way, which would require from me to become a social entrepreneur. Dragos’ support in this endeavor was instrumental. Firstly, he was part of the business group who supported the project and, secondly, he supported me, as a mentor, to understand how can I be more focused and organized. I like his approach of working shoulder to shoulder, in a compassionate way (not in the “teaching way”). For me, what counts is the fact that he believes in me and that he provides me with useful and simple tools and advice, from mindfulness to project management.

About Simona David

Simona David Crisbasanu developed “Education through coaching”, an innovative educational project successfully implemented in several Romanian high schools with low performance and underprivileged students by ROI Association. She also produced a documentary movie – “Yes we can”-, sharing the outstanding results obtained by teachers, students and parents working together. Consequently, she and her team were involved as educational experts in training hundreds of teachers around the country. Simona has been nominated by Foreign Policy in 2014 and one of the 100 Romanian who are moving the country in the right direction through their ideas and example.
